ChimneyRidge in Loveland, OH, will be the site of HOMEARAMA® 2022! Developed by CM Butterworth, LLC, the development will be located at Butterworth Road and St. Rt. 48 on the northern side of Loveland. The projected show dates are June 11th-26th, 2022.
The HOMEARAMA® 2022 development will feature 30 homesites total, spread out amongst 26 acres of a beautiful, wooded landscape. The homes will range in price starting in the $750’s. The development is in the coveted Little Miami School District, and residents will be a part of an HOA estimated to cost just $1,200/year.
Residents will enjoy being less than a mile from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Loveland’s historic downtown district and the well-traveled Loveland Bike Trail. The development is going to feature three cul-de-sac streets with easy access to major roadways including I-275.

Redknot Homes is participating in HOMEARAMA® 2022, making it our third HOMEARAMA® and fourth show since 2020. There are 11 homesites reserved for HOMEARAMA® show homes.
