HOMEARAMA® 2021 at Parkside Estates
This year’s HOMEARAMA® 2021 show in Anderson Township, initially scheduled for July, has been pushed back to September 17th through October 3rd. Redknot Homes is thrilled to be the only show builder constructing two homes in HOMEARAMA® 2021! Both of these custom show homes in Parkside Estates are pre-sold client homes with many unique features. Redknot is also building a home on homesite 18 of the development that will be for sale.
Some of the show home’s unique features on homesite 31 of Parkside Estates are a golf theatre with a 10ft ceiling for full-swing golf simulation and a separate ping pong room! The show home’s unique features on homesite 35 include a bourbon room, cigar balcony, and full wine bar. These $1M+ homes will be over 5,500 square feet, with four bedrooms, home offices, and plenty of bonus space and entertainment space for guests.
Parkside Estates at Coldstream is a 48 home development nestled in the hills of Anderson Township near the Ohio River.
