Dayton HOMEARAMA® 2021 in Union Village
Redknot Homes is building a show home in the Dayton, Ohio HOMEARAMA® 2021 show. This is the first time since 2012 that the show will be at a single site and that development is Union Village in Lebanon, OH.
Union Village is a “new-urbanism” development, which is designed to be a miniature city instead of a neighborhood with just homes. The development will span over 1,200 acres in South Lebanon. Specifically, there will be single-family homes and townhomes available. In the center of the development is a town square with entertainment space, restaurants, and retail. Additionally, throughout the neighborhoods are walking trails and parks for residents to enjoy. Essentially, the overall priority is to create a close community amongst neighbors.
The development is conveniently located off I-75 and borders the Warren County Sports Park. There is a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options near Union Village. Specifically, the Cincinnati Premium Outlets, Miami Valley Gaming, and downtown Lebanon are all within a 10-minute or less drive.
The Loudon by Redknot Homes
Redknot Homes has built a custom home for the HOMEARAMA® show in Dayton named The Loudon. This custom ranch home is a perfect mixture of traditional charm with some modern design elements that will stand out from the other show homes. The home’s main level has an expansive footprint and a finished lower level for additional space. Specifically, the home has over 2,880 finished square feet of space.

Furthermore, the home will feature 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an office. There is a beautiful covered front porch great for relaxing and waving hello to neighbors. Alternatively, there’s a more private, screened-in back deck perfect for entertaining friends and family all year round.
The main living space of the home features a large great room with custom built-in shelving, seating, and a cozy fireplace. Additionally, there is a private library just off the great room. The great room, dining, and kitchen space is all open-concept design, making the house feel open and airy. The kitchen has gorgeous custom cabinetry, a farmhouse sink, and hidden appliances. Essentially, hidden appliances are appliances fitted with cabinetry on the face to blend in. There is a large island with seating as well. Additionally, a two-car garage is at the rear of the home and connects via a convenient mud-room/laundry area.

HOMEARAMA® Show Details
The Dayton HOMEARAMA® show is October 1st – 17th with times TBD. There are over eight builders in the show and Redknot Homes is one of them. The show will have regular hours to tour the homes. Additionally, there will be several special events throughout the show to offer great entertainment options for attendees to enjoy. Several local businesses from the Lebanon area will be providing food and sponsorship for the show, making it a great community event!
